RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

      Returns          

·Qualified* store credit will be given within 14 days of purchases made at That’s FETCH! when accompanied with the original cash register receipt

      Exchanges

·Qualified* exchanges will be honored within 14 days of purchases made at That’s FETCH! when accompanied with the original cash register receipt

      Qualification

           *The Original Receipt

·The original sales receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.  Validation of the cash register receipt will be crosschecked as proof of purchase to prevent fraudulent activity

           *Valid Photo ID

           *Condition of Item

·To be eligible for return or exchange, all items are to be unused, in the original box, and in excellent condition (this does not apply to items being returned due to a manufacturer’s defect)

      Clearance Items

·Clearance sale purchases are final.  Please inspect items carefully before purchasing
